Price Rite Drug was founded by Mr. Ed Harrington R.Ph. in 1972. The original location was in Belgrade, MT, followed by an expansion in 1985 to Bozeman. In 1998 the Belgrade store was closed, but the Bozeman store underwent remodeling and was turned into a jointly-operated space with Van's IGA. In 2002, the medical equipment department of Price Rite Drug expanded and relocated to the south side of the building. In 2012, the IGA grocery store closed, and the Price Rite Pharmacy established its own space in the front of the building, next to the medical equipment department.
Today, we continue to provide the most in-depth and professional pharmaceutical and medical equipment services in the Gallatin Valley. We are your source for home oxygen, wheelchairs, and power chairs, CPAP equipment for sleep apnea, ambulatory aides, lifts, and walkers. We offer the XSENSOR® pressure imaging system for a custom fit, equipment maintenance, and compounding services in our pharmacy.

I went to the Price Rite in Bozeman, Montana, in need of a CPAP machine. I am a first time user, and had a lot of questions. I worked with Kat in the CPAP Department and she was fantastic! I had done some research, so just enough to be dangerous and annoying. She really knew her stuff and helped me with all of my inquiries and concerns. She showed me all of my options, went over the pros and cons, and fitted me to a mask that is very comfortable. I then was interested in a cleaning machine, and she just as knowledgeable in that area also. In fact, I was interested in a type that she just reviewed with a vender, and upon my request, she inquired about procuring that model for me. She got back to me the next day, and I ordered two of them!! I highly commend Kat's professionalism and knowledge of her field. She is extremely personable and really made me feel comfortable embarking on this new CPAP adventure. As an employee.....she's a 10!R.D.

Price Rite not only has consistently gotten the price right, but the customer service right too. I am reliant on their compounding service to keep a medical condition at bay. Previously, I had my compounded prescriptions filled at University Pharmacy in Salt Lake City, and mailed to me here in Bozeman - which cost about half as much as having them filled here in Bozeman with Price Rite's compounding pharmacy competition. So it has been a huge convenience and cost saver to be able to use their service and avoid shipping time and costs as well as astronomical boutique pharmacy prices. Pharmaceutical work used to be ALL compounding back in the day - and it shouldn't be a luxury for the affluent. So for a variety of reasons - cost, competency, caring (aha - Three C's!) I strongly recommend Price Rite to anyone looking for a new pharmacy. Their Medical Supplies desk is awesome with CPAP prescriptions/supplies as well. So all around, they are a great, locally owned outfit and deserve your business.J.WMH.
